After hearing the news about Facebook creating their own email, I was left wondering if I would use the service. There are some positive aspects about a possible Facebook email. One major positive would the the ability to have instant message, but gmail already offers the serivce. In addition Gmail has a problem sending pictures through email. I think that I would most likely not use the Facebook email service. I already spend enough time on Facebook as is and would like to not spend any more time on the site. I don't like the message system that Facebook currently uses as well. In addition Facebook updates and makes changes to their user interfaces very often and would not want to adjust every 6 months to a new format.

http://www.cio.com/article/634887/IT_Interest_in_IPad_Surges_Survey_Shows?taxonomyId=3061

As the popularity of the iPad grows, IT departments in many companies have grown more interested in the possibility of having the iPad in their office. Businesses are surprised with the security of the operating system and the ability to run business related apps. The early adopters of the iPad are health care and retail businesses.
I think it is very interesting that business are considering iPad's in the office. This technology will allow workers to become more flexible allowing workers to move about with the ability to be networked with their co-workers. Companies can gain a competitive advantage by using this innovative technology
